As a Platform Adoption & Training Lead, you will bridge the gap between our new digital platform and its users. You will design and execute training programs to ensure schools, teachers, and our internal staff can use the system confidently and effectively. This role is ideal if you are passionate about change management, user education, and leveraging technology to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials for each portal (Institution, Teacher, Admin).
Conduct live training sessions and webinars for institutional partners and teachers on how to navigate the portal, submit inquiries, and manage applications.
Train internal administrative teams on advanced platform functions, including the applicant review workflow, database search, and communication tools.
Gather user feedback during training and rollout to identify pain points and report them to the technical team for improvements.
Create a structured onboarding program for new staff and new partner institutions joining the platform.
Measure training effectiveness and user adoption rates, iterating on programs to increase proficiency.
Skill & Experience
You have at least 3 years’ experience in training, instructional design, or change management, preferably for a software or digital platform.
You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
You are a quick learner who can master new software platforms and translate their functionality into clear instructions.
You have experience creating digital learning content (e.g., videos, guides, slides).
You are familiar working with project management tools and following a structured rollout plan.
