Job Description
As the Platform Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and effectiveness of our entire digital ecosystem. You will oversee the workflows between all portals, manage the administrative team, and ensure the platform delivers on its promise to connect schools with teachers seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Define, document, and optimize the standard operating procedures for all platform-driven processes, from inquiry to placement.
Manage and mentor the team of administrators and support staff who use the admin portal daily.
Analyze platform metrics (application volume, placement speed, user activity) to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues from institutions, teachers, or internal staff regarding platform use.
Collaborate with the Technical and Training leads to prioritize new features and ensure smooth platform updates.
Report on platform performance and operational KPIs to senior leadership.

Skill & Experience
You have at least 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or a digital service environment.
You have proven experience leading a team and improving operational workflows for efficiency and quality.
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decisions.
You have excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
You are familiar with using business management software and dashboards to monitor performance.
